Last night was one of those nights where I had a hard time falling asleep. That feeling kind of reminds me of sleeping on the plane, you can't sleep but your so tired and your just tossing and turning. I don't know about you guys, but it's hard for me to actually "sleep" on planes even on longgggg flights.
My last flight was flying to Korea from Toronto and that's about a 13hr flight. So what do you do on a long flight or any flight? You hydrate, hydrate and hydrate! Being so high up means drier air, which can lead to dry skin. Make sure you drink lots of water (try to sip more if you're not sitting by the aisle, so you don't have to make the person next to you get up every 30mins), and spritz your face with rose water or essence. If you don't have that, then water is just fine :). Also, before you "sleep" and when you wake up, put on a sheet mask and pat the extra essence on your face. They are so convenient and does the job of not letting your face dry out. These things shouldn't take much room in your bag so don't worry. Lastly, don't forget to put sunscreen on if you're by the window. The UV rays are even more harsh up there. ;)
